Met and exceeded expectations!
Our Tucson was leaking oil in our garage, so we took it back to the dealership and worked with Austin Jorden in the service department. He explained the situation thoroughly and went above and beyond to get the problem fixed. He was motivated and determined to get the best deal for our situation. As a result, we were still under warranty, so they were able to replace the engine at no cost to us. It was a long journey, but we have nothing but good things to say about our experience with Austin Jorden and Red Rock Hyundai.
