Hi Craig. Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. I am sorry that you had to return a second time to get your air conditioning working properly. Because of the nature of your original repair with the compressor not engaging, at that time we did not see the need to evacuate and recharge the system. Hind sight being 20/20,,we should have done that then. Again , thanks for taking the time to respond and thanks for your business! Mark
