It's almost like their reviews of late SUCK and for good reason
Came in last year for a brake job, and I'm still disappointed beyond belief in what happened to my vehicle.
This is my original Google review:
Called in this morning, was in on Friday for a front end brake job. Came out, and drove my car less than 5 miles down the road and had smoke coming off my brakes. Called them to see if there was anything they could help me out with, and instead of trying to help out I was told I was SOL and it wasn't their problem even though they'd just worked on it.
If you ever have to deal with the piece of work named Brett if they f**k your car up they'll tell you that it's not their problem and they aren't liable.
I don't know how anyone can employ a person into a CUSTOMER SERVICE position and they tell you to screw off.
3 years without a positive review and they're coasting off of this on google lol.
Good luck running your sh*t business into the ground guys.
