"Good service experience"
I had my 2012 Sonata's oil changed and the engine coolant system flushed and filled with new coolant. I remained at the dealership while the service to my car was completed. The waiting room was very comfortable and the service to my car was completed promptly. All dealings with the service department personnel were friendly and professional. Thank you for a good car maintenance experience.

Everything want well as usual for Rick Case service department. I am on the west side and have been North Olmsted Ganley for recalls, but always end up with an issue there, so I usually choose to drive extra 30 minutes for better service
