My one year old Elantra was having problems and they replaced the battery. Hopefully this will take care of the issue I was having with the car not starting. Car was washed and looked like new when I picked it up.

Everyone that I encounter at Rick Case is very helpful and friendly. Shelley told me to bring my car in because my "Service In" wasn't working on my car and I wanted it fixed because I was driving out of town, so I just showed up to get it fixed. I had the car for one and a half year and have not driven the car much because of health reasons. I got an oil change and a recall fixed. I was so happy that they took care of my car in a speedy time. There is a Hyundai Dealer closer to where I live but I prefer Rick Case.
