They did my inspection quickly, and Michael’s service did not end there. He told me the next steps I needed to take to get my registration and plates, looked up addresses for me for that and for where to get my license, and told me to come back with my new plates so they could put them on for me. I went back right after getting my new plates and they put on the back plate in a few minutes.
I did not have a front plate mount, so Michael ordered one for me. He was professional and courteous and called me as he promised to update me on the status of the part. Today I went back and had the front plate installed, and they washed and vacuumed my very dirty car! I was thrilled.
I was able to observe the way the other staff treat their customers and each other, and was impressed with the courtesy shown. I will definitely be back for whatever I need as I have confidence in Michael and the team at River Oaks Firestone.
