"Good Service and fast"
We dropped off our car for a recall service early. They took it right in and had it completed very quickly. Always a friendly, professional courteous staff. the facility is very nice and the drive in service area is great in cold weather.

The service provided on my car was excellent, however the young lady who made my appointment I believe her name was Victoria could use some training on friendliness when making an appointment she sounded like a robot and was way to quick and assumed she knew what I wanted before I even told her why I was calling.

"Service Manager is very helpful"
After hearing about my frustrating experience with the service team, Patti, the service manager, personally called me to discuss what happened, apologized for my experience, and expressed her desire to do whatever they could to make it right.

"Misdiagnosed vehicle issue"
I brought my car in for a recalled brake pedal stopper pad, and asked them to check why my brake pedal is going down too far. They said it was not related to the recall and said I needed to replace my brakes and do a full fluid flush. I denied those services per my mechanic's advice, and just got the recalled piece replaced. When I got back in my car, the pedal was fixed.

"Excellent Customer Service"
I brought my car in for an oil change, the agent noted that a part had been recalled and they would replace it if I had the time, which I did. They estimated about 45 minutes to an hour to complete the work. I was back on the road in not more than 40 minutes. The Service People were courteous, professional and efficient.

"Great service staff. "
I forgot to have my frequent oil change card punched! I would have remembered if the cashier had my car keys and I could leave the plastic card on my key chain. I don't like having my car keys left in the car; I'd rather pick them up from the cashier after I pay.

So far, great service, I feel the employees are honest and do what is best for our cars. We own two Hyundais and are very satisfied. Best cars we ever owned in forty years of owning cars. I drive rather far for this service department because I have been very dissatisfied my local dealer/service offices. Keep up the good work, continue to be honest with me, perform excellent service and you will have a customer for life; it's that easy. :-)

"Quick....Efficient."
I had a very good experience with helpful and friendly staff. Came in for one recall...staff noted I had been also recalled for something a long time ago....and fixed BOTh recalls fast.
Waiting area was comfortable and LOVED the FREE car wash to get the winter salt off my car as a thank you to me for choosing Rosen for my Hyundai recall.
Most likely will be back when servicing is needed.
