Ease and simplicity of getting an appointment is appreciated. Appointment was expedited quickly and the service desk alerted me and installed required software update to the onboard computer. Rosen staff are on their toes since I received by mail next day notice of required software update. Saved me a return visit.

Warrantee Mistake
We were told the repair would be under warranty, made an appt, dropped off the car, and then were told they made a mistake about the warranty and that we had to pay for the repair which was well over $500. We were also promised a discount that we didn't get. It was a very confusing, disappointing, and frustrating experience.
