Cheats and Liars
Absolute liars. We agreed on a price, they took my deposit (not returned) then sold the car at the higher price to another customer. When I expressed my disbelief in strong words, manager Rich got on the phone, made up a story that I was dragging them along - said something about my mother, that I had lied to them and hung up on me. How many stars would you give this company?

This happened the day I had arranged for an independent mechanic to inspect the car. Route2Auto assured me car had already been inspected but they had lost the paperwork/had no receipt due to C-19. Quite possible they sold a bad car to an unsuspecting customer.
