SERVICE WAS QUESTIONABLE
HAD TO WAIT OVER AN HOUR FOR AN OIL CHANGE. THEN WAS OFFERED TWO HTGHER OFFERS BECAUSE I OWN A MERCEDES. I WAS NEVER GIVEN THE ADVERTISE PRICE NOR WERE MY OTHER FIULDS TOP OFF. AND TO TOP IT OFF I PAID MORE TO GET AN OIL CHANGE THAN I WOULD HAVE AT THE DEALERSHIP. WHEN I BROUGHT THIS UP TO THE OWNER HIS COMMENT WAS I GUESS THE DEALERSHIP DOES NOT WANT TO MAKE MONEY. ALSO SAD BUT TRUE THEY HAVE NO ENGLISH MAGAZINES TO READ ONLY JAPANESE.
