Dropped car off at 9am. In for 2 New tires and wheel alignment. When I inquired on the status of my repair, I was informed my work order was misplaced and no one started my job. My service rep, Greg, took the proper steps and the repair began around 5pm. By 7pm, the car was finished and was driving like it was brand new.
