Car dropped off at 9am. Later in the day, when I inquired on the status of my repair, after a moment, I found out my paperwork had been misplaced. The service rep, Greg, did an outstanding job to get the issue rectified! Car was started around 5pm and finished ay 7pm. Even though the car took almost 10 hours total to complete, it was done properly and the car rides as if it is new. I cannot stress how much Greg took control of the problem to get everything finished! His professionalism is outstanding!
