I scheduled an appointment for early Sunday morning as I was well overdue and had an issue with my breaks. The service rep Eddie was very friendly and professional. He kept me up to date on what was taking place. The mechanic knew the job would take a long time and sought assistance from an additional mechanic so he could maintain the quality of service but complete the tasks faster.
