Not properly trained and or vindictive actions by employees.
3 different experiences and all 3 terrible. The latest issue I had 4 tires installed. It took longer than it should have, and my center caps were not properly installed. Is wasn’t even close. There are 5 slots on that wheel that the center cap aligns with. Stock Silverado rims. They weren’t even close!!!!! Unfortunately I didn’t look or notice till I was home. I honestly can’t see this being an accident. Never have had a good experience here. I will not be going back. Peoples saftey is at risk having their automobile serviced here. I haven’t checked my lug nuts yet, but tomorrow I am.
