Unprofessional and disorganized
The most dissapointing, disorganized and unprofessional experience from the moment we dropped off our car to picking it up. We bought our car here and have always had it survived. Our last service included them ignoring me when dropping it off, calling to say it was ready only to turn up and discover they were still waiting for a part. Receiving numerous customer satisfaction surveys when they still had the car and the best, losing our car for over an hour Then at the end of it calling us offering a discount for the poor service only to renege on the promise once we went to pick the car up (because they said they wouldn't charge us for the loaner). And ultimately apathetic to our complaints. Will never use again and a complete disservice to the Hyundai brand. Am so disgusted that eill trade in for a Volvo
