Lack of Customer Service/Loss of a Loyal Customer
Car had attempt break-in in June 2023. Took car in, Schomp Hyundai advised they will order the piece and contact me to set up appointment. The latter never happened. I contact Schomp two weeks ago, was advised part was in, and appointment was set for today. As usual, they pimped service that wasn’t necessary. I agreed to oil change, replacement of shield guard, but main reason for service, fix the door handle. Guess what isn’t done (their error)? Guess who would have to lose more time without car, to get that done? Guess who didn’t apologize for the inconvenience? Guess who charged me for a part they didn’t put on my car? Guess who is taking their business elsewhere, after 8 years of loyal patronage? Guess who probably couldn’t care less since they got $655.14 out of me? Smdh
