Don said he was referred to this business by a friend and he trusts his friends opinion. He said at first his visit didn't go very well. They didn't have a record of the appointment he scheduled the previous day for 9:00 am, so they said he would have to wait. The person he had talked to when scheduling the appointment remembered talking to him the previous day and apologized for the mistake with the appointment. He said he turned the situation around very fast and he personally did the inspection. He said he was out of there by 9:30 and he was very happy with everything.
