Amazing customer service!!
I had just bought a used Subaru Outback and took it to Scotty's to make sure maintenance was current. They called me back same day explained to me my car was in very good condution but was behind on its maintenance schedule. I expected this but what I didn't expect was they asked if I needed a rental car. Although I did not need it, I thanked them graciously for the offer. When car was ready to be picked up, a discount was offered if I had AAA. I was very happy to know this. All in all, my experience was very stress free. I'm very satisfied with Scotty's!
