Jaque said Kenny was nice. He cared about her service. The employees made sure her vehicle was safe. They made sure she was satisfied with her service. She appreciated the work they provided. However, the service took longer than she expected.

"Problem not fixed"
I came in because cold air instead of heat was coming out of the passenger side vents. The problems not fix, and now cold air is now coming out of the driver and passenger side when my car is in idle.

Khari said he was told it would take a hour, and he waited for two hours. After he went back up to the facility, the mechanic told him he was going to need to get another part. He went and got it. The lady at the front desk finally called him but it would have been nice if she would have called him, before, to let him know what was going on.

Great service, the receptionist is VERY knowledgeable as well. They do things that are not even asked, as if the vehicle is THERE OWN.

"If you are looking for a reputable shop look no further "
I have been getting my car serviced here for about 7 yrs. I started with a 98 Honda Accord and currently have a 2013 Honda Accord and I would never consider any other car repair shop. My introduction was with my 98 Accord. I had been told by another repair shop I needed a new AC compressor. I went to Service 1 with parts and prepared to pay for compressor repair. I was pleasantly surprised when I picked my vehicle up and only had to pay for an oil change. They informed me I only needed freon and topped my fluids off. In that moment, I knew I would be a loyal customer going forward. They could have easily charged me over $200+ but instead I walked away paying $26. That's true integrity!!!!! You're doing yourself a disservice to patronize any other car repair shop!!! Go where they are honest and you can entrust the care of your vehicle.

Service 1st is the BEST!!! They are very customer service oriented and I have to say Kevin is the BEST authorized LEXUS mechanic and has taken care of my cars for many years. I have been a customer of Service 1st for years. The main reason is Kevin and Tamara strive to please their customers. No matter how large or small the job is, the level of customer service is the same which is great. They aim to please and get it right the first time.
