Rip off shop
My sons jeep was there and the bill when it was dropped off was to be 550. Parts were supplied by my son. Took him three months to do. Have paper work showing 11/13/2017 as completion date. Kirby sold his bill to west auto salvage and had them come, three days before completion date and take it.the bad part is when it was dropped off 300 was left then. He also refused to say where it was towed to. I was at his shop and was told he had not finished the bill, the next week it was gone and had to wait for the state to notify us where it was at. Class one crook. I have proof of all that has been said. Including state liscence and theft agency admitting they know he has been doing this.

Great Work
Transmission had a shudder since it was new. The dealership never could fix it. Service One was able to get ride of my shudder and also performed much needed maintenance on my truck. Also they worked around my vacation schedule. Always a great experience.

Superb work done
With an older car, 2001, when it comes time to do some work besides oil changes, I try to factor in some extra time because of the age of the auto and the availability of parts for a 16 year old vehicle.

Because of parts this job took two days to complete. I expected it. Kirby and company kept me updated and I was able to pick up my repaired vehicle just in time to give it a work-out. (300 mile trip) just that evening. The trip went smoothly.

A saying from my father rings true today. "There are two ways to do any job..... right....and.... again."
Service One does it right.
