Steven said he dropped the vehicle off at the business, they diagnosed it, and told him he needed to go to the parent business. He paid $63 just for them to look at it. They have plenty of accolades on the wall.

Steven- thanks for letting us diagnose your vehicle. Our technician did spend a fair amount of time determining the failure and repairs needed. Once we determined the problem, we realized that we have seen this problem covered under a recall. Our service advisor called the dealership to see if your issue would be covered, it wasn't, however, there were other unrelated recalls for your truck. While we could make the repairs for you, there would still be an additional cost involved by towing your truck to Dodge for final programming which is required when replacing that particular component. It was apparent to us that you could save unnecessary expense if you had the dealership complete all the repairs, while they addressed the open recalls, even though we would loose the sale. We did charge a small amount for the time spent, and information given to help you make a good decision. I apologize if you didn't feel the price for our diagnosis, shuttle service, and honesty justified 5 stars in this instance.
