"Excellent Service, too busy"
As always, I love taking my Hyundai to the dealership. I know I am going to get excellent care both from the mechanics and from those checking me in and out. However, the appointments scheduled every 15 minutes mean they can get kinda backlogged. Expect to wait longer than you ought to. Everyone there is doing their best and will take care of you. I don't know why the corporate model doesn't take better care of their excellent employees. They should either have more on staff, or be more up front about how long your service is going to take. I highly recommend avoiding peak busy times. Again, as always, my car was treated with expert, excellent care.

"Nice try"
Have taken 2012 Elantra in for delayed start since I purchased the car. Never been able to locate the problem. A junction box was replaced under warranty even though the car is now out of coverage. It still has a very hard start. At one point I purchased, at their suggestion a new battery, that tested good. The customer service representatives to a great job, but the actual work on car has not met my expectations.
