Brenda said the service was overpriced and the vehicle is still having issues. They topped off the fluids when the oil had just been changed the week before and this created problems. They did not do an inspection of the engine and she will not go back again.

Brenda, I remember your visit a clear as day. The Mustang broke down all of a sudden, and it was needed the next day so we called you with a price to do the starter in your car and you said yes please do it that sounds fine. The stater is perfect I am sure ( remember you even called back and said use the new one not the remanufactured) We put 1/2 quart of engine oil in your car to get it full so that did not cause any problems. Brenda the funny thing you dont tell the readers is that you had pizza sent here the next day for lunch from Dominos next door. Why would you do this then leave this review? Your work is covered by 2Year 24 thousand mile warranty. Thanks for the pizza!

Friendly and knowledgeable
Service was done on time. Told Doug about another issue and it was taken care of right then within a reasonable time. Would recommend Silzer Auto to all.

Matthew said the staff installed a new sun roof for him. The process took about 2 hours, but they charged him for about 6 hours of work. Additionally, the railing on the top of his vehicle was broken, but they didn't fix it or call him to let him know. They charged him full price for the sun roof even though the railing was broken, which annoyed him even more.

Matthew, whats wrong with you? You said NEW SUNROOF, You made your review sound like we bought the sun roof new!! You brought us a USED sunroof in the closed position. Will guess what you cant check the railing until its installed so whoever sold it to you should have checked it before shipping to you. Nick, who is really good at sun roofs worked on your sunroof from 8:30 AM to 2:45 PM  with no lunch. NO ONE CAN REMOVE A COMPLETE SUNROOF IN TWO HOURS AND REINSTALL IT. If you remember you got to the shop before we had a chance to call you! Matthew there is no way to test YOUR USED sunroof before install that I know of. Matt Give yourself three stars Doug Silzer
