Denida said she got charged for nothing being done because the staff couldn't fix the part. She was charged anyways and doesn't understand why. She still doesn't have a brake light.

This customer came in with water in her tail light.  the contacts in the light socket board were rusted away.  we attempted to repair the connections but they were too far gone.  Customer refused to purchase a new tail light assembly as needed.  Said she would find one herself.  She was charged for the time to attempt to repair the light socket and knew that the light did not work when she left.

This car came in for a over heating problem, we found the radiator was leaking & recommended replacement.  while the car was here we noticed that the left lower ball joint was loose in the control arm, and further inspection the right lower ball joint also had play in it as well as the right inner tie rod end.  the customer was given an estimate but declined any work.  Please contact Skippack Automotive with any questions.
