Mr. McKay,  I appoligize if I seemed rude, but I thought we had a good conversation as we talked and laughed for a good 15 minutes while you were here.  So I appoligize if I came off wrong.  As for the diagnostic charge, we as many shops do charge a diagnostic fee to find problems on cars.  This is standard with all shops.  And I don't recall it taking 4 days to diagnose.  It did take you 4 days to come pick up the truck, but not that long to find problem. I contacted you the very next morning on the vehicle and you asked if we do charge plans, I explained to you that we don't and you said you would get back with us to let us know what you wanted to do.  That was Friday, and then on Monday you sent someone other then yourself to get truck.  They did not have the money for diagnostic fee, so they left truck and you came the next day to pick it up.   So I once again appoligize if you feel like you didn't get a good experience on this visit.
