Service adviser is key
I have always had my 2012 Santa Fe serviced at South Point. One important component of service is the relationship between adviser and customer. Because of turnover I have had several different advisers in the six years I have had my vehicle serviced. I can say that my experience with Patricia for these last two + years has been excellent. She keeps me updated and informed by voice message throughout the service and explains everything throughly. She looks for the best coupons for me to apply to the service and feel she advocates on my behalf. I will say I do miss the complimentary wash that used to be offered. Perhaps you might consider reinstating it as a reward and thank you for return customers.
