Better under previous management
I've been using Southern Dixie for almost 4 years now. One Monday i called to get in for an oil change and was told to come in Tuesday morning at 8 and they would have someone waiting for me. At 8am I was there with my truck expecting to get right in. I dropped the truck off and 4 hours later I called to check on the status of my oil change and was told it was being done just then. 4 hours for an oil change? Come on!
