We bought a 2020 GMC Acadia. Thinking that everything would work, we took it on a short trip (400 miles) along the way the adaptive cruise control quit working. When we got back to town we brought. The car to Speck in Kennewick. The service manager went for a ride, and the adaptive cruise control quit working. We were asked to leave the vehicle there for a diagnosis, over a week later we were contacted to pick it up. We were told that a new cruise control assembly needed to be ordered. Over a month passed and they never contacted us again, we finally went there and asked them about it. They told us that they couldn’t get it to repeat the problem, so it will not be fixed. So in essence even the bumper to bumper warranty is not honored. Oh ya the frigging cruise control still doesn’t work!!!
