WE ARE A FEMALE FRIENDLY BUSINESS
As a Female Friendly Transmission Repair shop owner, it's very important to me that every woman that patronizes my business feels that she is being treated with honesty and integrity. Most times, the automotive industry is a niche not typical of the female population, and sadly some shops may take advantage of that. At Speedy Marietta-Transmission Shop, no matter your gender or automotive knowledge, I'm proud to guarantee that you will be treated ethically with the same high level of integrity and honesty that our customers have come to expect. We welcome you to the Speedy Marietta-Transmission Shop family!

1. Did not recharge A/C. "They forgot".
2. Took in within a couple of weeks... "they said nothing was wrong, but they forgot to connect some air box". Once they fixed that, pickup was better than before.
When spending $5,000 or more, I would expect that the car would be better than when I took it in. The original issue was resolved, but now I have additional issues.
I've NEVER had a car that would jerk forward when starting it.... not on an automatic transmission.
I have multiple issues with grinding when stopping at lights, etc.... never had that before
I have issues with the transmission jerking, down/up shifting going up hills at slow speeds. not always, but frequently.
I submitted the latest issues on the website, but have not heard back from them.
I have my own business and when something is wrong, or it's not resolved, I either fix it or can't charge for it.
I don't expect free by no means... but I do expect to get value for my Dollar. Can't say that I really got it from Speedy Marietta.
Nice people at Speedy and I'm sure well intentioned... but for $5,000 I want it right.
Unanswered complaints make a warranty worthless.
