Again I have reached out to Mr. Leonard and have answered his phone calls. But he will not let me speak. He has called countless times to yell at us and will not allow us to get a word in to try to resolve these issues he claims to have with his vehicle. Again it is hard to talk with someone that talks over you and makes threats the entire time when he calls. He has chosen instead to put disturbing reviews about our company to any venue he could find. Frankley I have no idea that his claims are genuine. He would not allow us to warranty the serpentine belt. I understand he feels that he does not want to bring his vehicle back to us, but we were never given the opportunity to make it right. I have no proof that his vehicle was repaired elsewhere and he will not allow me to speak. I've tried and I am done listening to him yell on the phone.
