Always Honest and Respectful
I have autism and the manager knows how to communicate to me without me feeling like I'm a burden or doing anything wrong. The master mechanic is also great at communicating. Both men were honest and not trying to over-sell me items that weren't needed. I got a brake line leak fixed and instead of pushing for the BIG FIX, they gave me advise to do the smaller option first and since the other areas weren't dire(but would need tending to), I could handle this $400 fix instead of a $1200+ fix. They've always treated me great, with respect, and also gave me a veteran discount due to my years of service. I will always be a repeat customer to the downtown Barberton location.
