Beware!
I have been taking my Mercedes here (6518 Franklin Blvd. Sacramento) for a couple of years now for A&B services. It seems as though every time I took it in for servicing, they found something else that needed repairing. I had just paid $3800 for a previous repair they said I needed. Fast forward to last week- I took it in for an A service and asked them to run a diagnostic because my check engine light was on. When they got back to me, the front desk lady gave me the issues in writing-PCV valve was faulty ($746) and engine mounts ($1256). Something told me to take it to another shop and the other shop told me the PCV valve was covered under extended warranty at Mercedes. I took it to Mercedes, they fixed it for free and inspected everything and I was informed that everything looked good. I called Stuttgart Motors back and let them know that they were scamming me and that they have lost a loyal customer. The front desk lady had the nerve to say to me that the engine mount was just a recommendation because the techs saw something "a little off". She could not explain why they tried to charge me for an issue covered under warranty!This was VERY devious. I'm pretty sure they took a lot of money from me. I'm a person who hardly ever gives reviews, but this needed to be said. Instead of paying $2000, I paid $0. This is NOT an honest business- STAY AWAY!
