I’ve been lied to so many times by this place. Look at all the shitty reviews they have too. Many reviews going farther back than the pandemic. Their scheduling phone line is a complete joke. Corporate even told me they booked me an appointment here for a number of things and these folks don’t know who I am even after verifying the next day. I began to record and this mechanic started screaming at me saying “oh you want to record me and put me on blast on Facebook?” News flash loser, I don’t use Facebook. Why can’t we tell them “what you don’t trust me?” when they take photos of my car before service? That’s what I’ve been told when I want to record my conversation with them. Totally unprofessional. Then I have corporate telling me an anti theft device is rolling out for my car October 1 yet dealerships have no idea or clue what I’m even talking about. The amount of stress and anxiety Hyundai has given me I swear I hope your place burns to the fqn ground. You know what fqn means right? Figure it out mfers and don’t respond you didn’t work on my car and you don’t know who I am. Of course you didn’t work on my car and you never will. Chevy next car for me losers.
