The work done to my vehicle fixed the problem, although I didn't get any real updates on the work being done, even though it was there for 5 days. I was only told it was ready to pick up, with an attached invoice, before being given the opportunity to approve of the work done. There wasn't an estimate beforehand, so we just had to pay for the services provided after it had already been done. I would have liked to consider the repair costs beforehand to determine if I could afford it.
They did a great job though and the customer service was excellent.
