"Great customer service!"
My husband took our 2008 Chrysler into Sun Automotive Campus location when lights and signals suddenly went lit up like a Christmas tree; but I ended up being the primary contact for the work. After a thorough diagnostic was done, it was discovered we had several problems. Needless to say, the repair costs were much more than we had hoped for. Bryan was very thorough in explaining each problem and helping me to prioritize what absolutely had to be done immediately to not cause further damage to the car and for safety reasons. His explanations, coupled with thinking back about signs that had probably been ignored, made me feel comfortable that the diagnosis was legitimate. Because Sun no longer accepts American Express, we had to get creative in figuring out how we were going to pay for the repairs we selected. Bryan was extremely patient and helpful. I was also impressed and appreciative that the technician was able to find a way to replace the radiator without having to do an extra process that was originally quoted in the estimate, thereby saving us some money.
While I was obviously not happy about the unexpected expense, I am appreciative of being treated with courtesy and, I feel, honesty.
