I had bought tires across the street and they recommended Suspension Plus. Within a couple of minutes, my car was on the alignment machine and I was told, “All good. No charge.” About a year later, my car needed a repair that required the removal of the rear axle and it was suggested that I get the wheels aligned afterwards. Again, within a few minutes of arriving, my car was back on the alignment machine but this time they showed me that both the front and rear wheels needed alignment. 40 minutes later, I was driving away, confident that the adjustment had been done accurately.
