"Suwanee Service Station should be the Industry Standard."
I came in for a fairly simple oil change and tire rotation. Nothing too crazy. Much of what they did surpassed my own expectations of a service shop. First and foremost, they set my expectations after we discussed what was to be done. They told me it'll take about 30-45 minutes since they have other vehicles being worked on by their techs in many of their bays, but they'll periodically drop in on me in the waiting room to let me know what's the status. It was a quick drop in and it was very courteous. Fair priced, no arm twisting to get additional services done, very professional. To top it all off, they have offered something no other Service Station (even at Dealerships) offers. Online profiles for you and your vehicle to keep up with maintenance records. If you were ever to sell your vehicle, a history of maintenance like this is invaluable.

"Dependable and honest."
My van had issues that I needed taken care of. These guys gave it to me straight on what was wrong and upfront on the costs. My van runs just fine now and the cost was far less than what the dealership would have charged.

"Bad service"
Purchase a coupon from sales representative paid $50 for cupon in advance..have services one time and told the guy on the front that I lost the cupon and said to me nothing I can do we do not keeps record of services???? Really!!!!! And asking for sale representative and he said I don't know thy do not work here????

I have been going to Suwanee Service Station since they opened. Originally they were an excellent place to have my multiple cars serviced. However, the customer service over the last year has deteriorated dramatically. Sean, The current service manager treated me rudely and made it clear that he did not value me as a customer. I will definitely never go back.
