Staff, quality of work & explanations of work being done on my vehicle are all reasons I love this place. Started going here due to a co-worker's recommendation, and so glad I did.
The Auto Connection employees are not only good at their job, they get customer service. They are friendly and knowledgeable and don’t make you jump through a bunch of hoops if you need something checked out.

Brake work
I was in for son getting work done and asked about the possibility of getting my front rotor and brakes replaced and they were done within two hours. Great job
Solid competence along with feedback TO the customer
The guys always tell me exactly what is going on with my cars and what needs to be done for them--this includes the "why." Plus everyone is easy to deal with.
