Judy said she drove one hour to have her vehicle serviced at the business. She was disappointed in the employee of the business' customer service. The cost and services provided to her vehicle are no longer comparable with other business's. When she returned to pick up her vehicle, it was filthy. For the amount of money she pays, they do not provide the added services which kept her returning time after time.

Dear Judy, I think you may have us(The Auto Shop) confused with another shop, you were a new customer to us in January, at which time we performed a oil change on your Honda at a cost of $29.95, we also are located about 15 min from you in rough and ready.
