Hydroplane damage repair
My car sustained damage from a hydroplaning incident in the rear passenger wheel and bumper area. Took to the shop for damage assessment and repair. Was called about an hour before I was supposed to pick it up to be told they hadn’t even received the parts yet. Once I got the car back there was an immediate rattle. I located a loose bolt on the shock. Once that was resolved I could hear an intermittent squeal involved with braking. Upon further inspection my brake rotor was bent. I had to spend a lot of time diagnosing and repairing the vehicle myself for having paid professionals to do the work.

Hi Jody, We're sorry to hear you're still unhappy. As we discussed over the phone 3 weeks ago, we were very sorry for the rattle due to a bolt not being completely tight like the rest, and all we would need is to have you bring your vehicle by, and we'd be more than happy to take care of it for you. You declined to do so, since you were able to do it yourself and your schedule sounded quite busy, which is completely understandable. This is the first time we're hearing of a brake squeal, though. But we would have been more than happy to also diagnose this under your original diagnosis, no problem, even with it being intermittent, as you mentioned. We're very sad to read this and wish you the absolute best!
