Vehicle repair for air conditioner
When I first started there with my vehicle two years sgo I had no problem. But the llasr two times I bought my vehicle in, instead of calling me and telling me what the problem was before they worked on it they just took it upon themselves to fix it and they call me and tell me how much the work cost. The right thing to do is to call the customer explain what you found and tell them how much it is going to cost to fix the problem and see if the customer can afford it at the time or schedule a pacific date to bring it back. Then I get my vehicle back and the console door is broken and nothing was said. Good thing I had taken pictures before I bought my vehicle to them.
