I was experiencing unknown engine power loss on my road trip in my mini cooper countryman almost unable to continue my trip. Luckily my dad found this shop and called ahead as I was 15 miles away on the side of the interstate trying to figure out the issue. Their entire staff was incredibly friendly and kind as they quickly assessed my car. Turned out to be simple fix from a silly mistake that occurred when I had oil changed a few days prior in Illinois. They fixed the issue easily and were also able to point out some other less severe underlying issues with the car that I was completely oblivious to.
