My wife and I drove the Honda Pilot for breakfast in the Media area on Wednesday morning. However, soon as we arrived at the parking lot, I found out our car could not be restarted. I felt so helpless as there was no one near by that I could ask for help, and I never thought my car would fail me. I called Paul for help immediately! He calmed me down even though it was one of his busiest day with his assistant out sick. He then told me to enjoy my breakfast and he would call me back in 15 minutes once he freed up. I felt very relaxed after talking to him and, to my surprise, he not only called me back but he showed up in the parking lot, ready to offer his help! My car started right after he helped jump my car and had identified that the battery terminals were loose and the battery was bad. I took the car to him the next day for repair; he not only helped rescue me from my strangle but also resolved my battery and connection issues.
