Took my 2020 Ram Eco Diesel in for a mysterious electrical issue. After the initial diagnosis they were pretty sure it needed an ECM, & a trip to the dealer for it, but Dan said his “Lead Tech” was out sick & would be back tomorrow. The next day ended up finding a loose ground wire!! I was ready to spend big money on an ECM, but their honesty led to a bill of only $200!
