12 inch monitor does not work 50% of the time, completely shuts off 25% if the time, (no music, AC, NOTHING, (I live in the south east, 100F, no AC due to no monitor, NOW the leather dash has separated from what the leather is glued too, I have two ‘bubbles on my dash now, and the leather piece over the speedometer/tach, is loose. 2020 Ram Limited.
No a happy customer. 2020 Ram Limited 12 inch monitor works only 50% of the time, I pay for satellite radio, no music half the time OR my monitor does not even come in, turns off when riding down the road, no AC, NOTHING……….. Ram won’t replace it, under warranty.
Leather dash has air ‘pockets’ (2) from where the leather has separated from the dash, wiper washer hoses came off the windshield washer sprayer under the hood insulation, driver side retractable running board does not retract all the time, rear seats will NOT stay in the up position.
