Spoke with Denise. Denise said she would only rate the overall experience with a 4 because she had to bring the vehicle back a second time. The hood was not aligned properly, but once they fixed it she was happy. Also, it took a long time to get her vehicle back. It was three weeks before she got the vehicle back. Therefore, the shop did not repair her vehicle to her satisfaction on the first visit. The hood was not aligned properly. She had to go back a second time. Her vehicle was not ready when promised. It was three weeks late because they kept extending the ready time due to more work that needed to be done.
