Terri said they gave her an estimate, and then they had to renege and said they were wrong because they had to get a refurbished part instead of a new part. The bumper kind of has a coating and a mucky look as compared to the nice polished look of the original bumper. Terri said she didn't understand why they had to put on a completely new bumper, but there may have been broken parts underneath. No paint work was done. She chose this facility because she sees it every day, plus it was on the list of the insurance company that was paying for it.
