Jeffrey said he was told the business would call and update him regarding the service every three days. He called the business a week and a half later to ask about the status of the repairs because they had not called and they stated it would be ready the following day. When Jeffrey picked up the vehicle he said they handed him the keys and didn't go over the repairs with him. He said there was some kind of splatter on the fender and the back bumper had scratches on it. When he pointed out the issues, they scrambled to try and correct them so he asked the business if he could pick it up the following day. Once the vehicle was finished he said he was happy with the results
