It took them 3 tries to get a front end alignment right. And they weren't in any hurry to make their mistake right. I waited 3 1/2 hours for them to try a 2nd time, almost 4 hours for the 3rd attempt. On top of all this, the other problem I had was never addressed, even after 4-5 requests for the status.

I have only started going to this location recently but both times I have been there, the owner/manager was working the desk, was friendly and polite. I haven’t had to wait long either. The wait area is clean.

We came in for a tire to be repaired. Not a long wait. Nice guys.

It was quick and professional with no hassel.

Jarod said the new owner of this business was really great. He was happy with the service on his vehicle, but he was concerned with the staff's math. He found it confusing to figure out exactly when he should return for his next oil change. The reminder they filled out showed mileage lower than where his vehicle is already at. He would like to recommend they double-check their math.
