Did exactly what was asked in the time requested
First of all Tim himself greeted me and set me up with my appointment. He wrote down what I requested to be done, then verified what he had written to be sure. I had several items to be serviced; the technician did that and no more. My receipt had each service itemized separately by both cost for materials and charge for labor. I got my automobile back by the time requested, and again was greeted by Mr. Voorhees himself.
